Lived here for 2 years, great value. Andrej is an incredible super, got our full security deposit back, and generally had none of the issues that you get with living in Manhattan NYC. No complaints here.

I have been one of the earliest tenants at the Mason and spent almost 3 years here. I have never felt so at home in a building that is not only perfectly maintained - the super Andrej is the best, most responsive and kindest I have ever encountered in a luxury building. The staff in general are very warm and professional. The owners are equally very personal, responsible and you can tell they truly care about the building and the tenants. Amenities are great, the rooftop stunning. I would come back anytime!

The best building in NYC! I loved the entire team, everyone is extremely friendly. Beautiful apartments with all ammentities needed under one roof. The roof top is one of the best in the city with amazing views and a grill for those who enjoys to bbq. Andrej the super is always around to help and his amazing wife Klaudia works at the door, they are the BEST! I will miss everyone at The Mason and truly enjoyed my two years here.

Lived here for 2 years with 2 roommates and loved it!!! The management is fantastic - live in super who is very quick to resolve any issues. High quality finishes that did not diminish in quality during my 2 years there. Very affordable annual amenity fee and almost always had amenities to myself when using. Elevators always arrive quickly and doormen are super friendly and responsible with packages, etc. The location is fantastic - walkable to almost anywhere in manhattan and very close to subways. Highly recommend choosing this building!
