New management has been great. Super is great he even power washed my outdoor space for me and offered to do so.

All things considered...By far the best building in Hudson Yards/Garment District area (and yes I toured all of them). It is only 70 something apartments and is owner managed. Dash the super is not great, he is awesome, it's almost impossible to find a doorman building where you can text the super and they respond. Usually you have to go through the maintenance portal put in a request, blah blah. The apartments are spacious, the building is clean. The ceilings are SUPER high which make the apartment feel even bigger than they are. The broker Kian is super easy to work with, he responds quickly and makes it easy to take an apartment off of the market. The only tedious part if you are prospective renter is that he works around the current person living there's schedule so you have to make yourself available!

Great Building. Very Fair Broker, Great Management! Moving back to Manhattan after covid-19 was a WILD experience to say the lease. I had been applying for apartments that were taking 10-30 applications and bidding the apartment's up. The exclusive broker for the building, Kenyan Sanai was as fair as possible he was the first broker to not play games and say the first person who is qualified and puts down the deposit gets the apartment so this was by far the EASIEST process... I see a review below me is upset they were beat to the punch but first come first serve with a deposit was definitely the easiest course in this market because I had put in 5 other apps where the brokers called 2 days later asking if I could come up in price. Dashi the super is great, he responds to texts right away and the apartment was painted and cleaned when I moved in. The building manager Ed seems nice as well. As for the apartments, the ceilings are high and they have a washer dryer- great spots if you can lock one down.
