I lived at EOS for over two years (2021-2023) and loved absolutely everything! The location is excellent, all the subways go there and you are 10 minutes walking distance from Flatiron, Hudson Yards and Bryant Park. The apartments are very well organized and with all comforts, and the view from our apartment was simply amazing (facing Hudson Yards - we experienced the most spectacular sunsets). The concierge team is kind and helpful, especially Anthony and Bobby, and Mark from the maintenance team quickly became our go to person for any sort of issue or question about the apartment. He is knowledgeable and incredibly available. The amenities are the best. I loved the rooftop where I enjoyed the sun beds and had lovely summer dinners, the rooms on floor AL where I often worked and got inspired for creative projects and the gym that especially in winter is a life saver. Its huge and you can easily spend hours in there. Martha Torres is a great property manager and she is always the sweetest with my daughter. I left EOS due to moving to a different neighborhood and then country but I have fond memories and loved every minute of my life there!!
