        I visited family living here. The building gave good tenants a hard time about leaking faucets and other simple maintenance issues. Otherwise it is a convenient location with nice doorman and functional elevators with laundry and parking. Parking on street can be an issue.

        You have the facts wrong. The building was built in 1970,s not 1950,s. If you have the date of construction wrong (by 20 years) how can anything you say is to be believed? All those charges make no sense. If it is that bad the building should be empy.
