Brown/contaminated water frequently comes through shower/bath/kitchen faucets, heat repeatedly out for several days at a time during cold winter months, building is infested with bugs that make their way to your apartment regardless of how clean you keep it - staff unresponsive to complaints and actively resists you if you persist

Me and my roommates were heavily exposed to asbestos during a next door apartment asbestos abatement. Apparently they forgot to fix a 1ftx1ft hole in the wall behind the oven that prevented them to do the abatement correctly next door and all the residue dust came to our kitchen for months. We asked for air quality results and the department of CUMC Facilities management and campus services office did not want to release the full report done by a third party. It is traumatizing knowing that in a few years we may get mesothelioma.

The equipments here are fantastic. There are swimming pools, basketball courts, media rooms, music studio and a great movie theater!It's also safe and the security staff is always working.
