        Construction coming from the garage has been waking up residents for months now. Have spoken to management several times now but they have not resolved the issue.

        Good location, friendly lobby/building staff, but horrendous management ever since the management change to Van Barton a few months ago. Unresponsive over email, rude and condescending in person, and unreasonable with respect to year-over-year rent changes. In general the apartment is nice but youre really just hoping you dont have to deal with Steven from management which is unlikely anyways. Theres seems to be promotion being offered for good Google reviews so I would stay skeptical.
