Every time I step outside there are homeless men asking me for money. I don't feel safe here. Occasionally I will see used needles on the floor tucked away in the concrete cracks. Not the best location

Luxury building in a homeless person area. It is front of a 4 way street so it is loud at night. Im not planning to renew this lease.

When I went to visit the brand new apartment building at 300 West 30th, I was utterly disgusted by the street it was situated on. Homeless individuals loitering around, a palpable sense of danger, discarded needles on the ground, and the neighboring building drowning in trashit's a nightmare. Don't get me wrong; this new 'luxury' apartment building itself may have its charms, but its unfortunate location and the sorry state of the surroundings make it a wasted opportunity. Unless the apartment building at 304 West 30th gets their act together and clean up the mess, this new apartment building next door is simply not worth the trouble. In conclusion, if you're considering the apartment at 300 West 30th, think twice. Unless drastic changes are made, you'll find yourself trapped in a less-than-ideal environment with trash and homeless people right outside your doorstep making you feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Don't pay for a luxury building in this location, simply not worth it.
