        Pearl House is great. Super responsive team and also very capable. Literally everyone here is responsive and knowledgeable. I had a small issue on a Sunday and posed a repair request. Within 15 minutes someone came and fixed the issues. (Jean) Quite straightforward. Friendly and fast service. Even on a weekend! Didnt expect that level of service. But its here at Pearl House.

        I have nothing but positive things to say about this building! Starting from the concierge staff, Fernando and Irilis, to maintenance, Samir, and the resident manager, Erenik, have only made living here an amazing experience. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming and going the extra mile!

      Life at Pearl House shines brightly it's where smart design meets condominium-quality finishes, starting at the Bluetooth keyless door entry, leading to the extra-height living spaces equipped with smartphone-controlled recessed lighting and blackout shades. Other thoughtful details include a Bosch washer and dryer and high-tech Ecobee thermostat.

      The studio, one- and two-bedroom living spaces are framed by 55"-wide windows inviting natural light, while overhead recessed lighting throughout illuminates each home from dusk to dawn. Elevated finishes and intelligent in-home technology complete the exceptional living experience.
