The leasing office definitely lies about their application process. Theyll tell you they take it off the market when you put an application in, but they actually take multiple applications and rent it to the highest bid. Probably profiting off of multiple application fees now that the limit in NYC is $20.

I would not recommend this building. My wife and I had similar issues with the leasing department being liars. They NEVER informed us that they were keeping $500 of our security deposit and returned the money over 2 months later after we moved out when they said it would be within a month. We had to follow up with them! Additionally, when asked about the $500 they said that 3 "scratches" that couldn't have been more then a few feet resulted in ~600 feet of the 700 foot apartment having to be ripped up for new floor due to the "location of the scratches". These scratches were not even verbally pointed out during the move out inspection. The leasing department used our security deposit to fund the apartment renovation. Would avoid this building and management company at all costs.

One of the best luxury apartment buildings on the UES. The facilities and amenities are next to none. Clean and new. And the staff, fantastic. They are extremely attentive and personable. I love calling this place home!
