        THE ELEVATOR IS BROKEN ALL THE TIME! Refurbished public house. Pros: the building is refurnished and the appliances are new. The view is super nice. the management team was doing their best to help the residents. Mixed: The tenants are from working class to affordable housing families. The neighbourhood is clean but somehow low-income. Bad: The noise level is crazy if you are living on the water side.
