Dealing with the superintendent has been a nightmare. AC unit was working on and off during the last month of summer and I lost alot of sleep from this. The superintendent came in a few times during the day where it was working and said he couldnt do anything about it. Finally the AC stopped working completely last week. Funny thing is that the superintendent immediately diagnosed this problem as a heat sensor which wasnt working (which means that he was aware of AC units seldomly working). It's been a week and the unit still hasn't been fixed. For the amount of rent they charge this is disgusting. Would not recommend this building to my worst ennemy.

We moved in a few months ago and it's been fantastic so far. Shout out to Nevena who's super helpful and a pleasure to deal with in any and all matters related to the building to ensure everything runs smoothly, and Tevon who's awesome to liaise with too. Great building, great team!

We looked at a few other buildings in Hudson Yards but didn't get the same level of service as these people. We've spent a week in the neighborhood, and it's been fantastic. Our new apartment is significantly larger than our previous one, and the view alone is well worth the fee. The best aspect is that my husband's workplace is only a few minutes away. The fact that we are so near to shopping is the best part.

Nothing ever got mended in my previous apartment, and I was constantly losing shipments. I use their app to request maintenance and someone appears at my door the next day to fix it. I can't say enough excellent things about the maintenance team; they never make you feel like you're bothering them by asking them to fix something, and are always there to help out.

Moving is typically a stressful event, but this one went off without a hitch. I got my security deposit back about a week after I moved out, and I got it all back — no slumlords stealing hundreds of dollars for a particle of paint here! The apartments are well-kept and roomy, and the building is in excellent condition. I can't speak highly enough about the maintenance crew. Very helpful and professional.
