I have lived at the Biltmore for many years now with my wife and kids. The building staff and management are nothing short of fantastic. In addition to the pool, sun deck, and gym, all of which are well-maintained, maintenance requests are handled very quickly, usually within a few hours. The doormen go out of their way to help, too. For example, whenever we come in with extra bags or luggage, they always put our things on a cart and bring it up for us. Finally, the building itself is filled with very friendly residents, and even though theres a lot of social activity, Ive never had to deal with a noise issue. Chalk it up to the well-built walls, ceilings, and floors. Ill be staying at the Biltmore for many years to come. Hands down the best building in the neighborhood.

Review Biltmore Plaza has hands down been the best rental building Ive lived in in my 20 years of being in NYC. The staff is delightful, incredibly helpful, and hardworking. We have two young children and the porters run out to help us unload the car, carry up car seats and bags while I wrangle sleepy kids through the lobby. The common spaces are kept clean, and the few times weve had an issue with a leaky faucet or slow drain, its been fixed immediately. I also loved that they were willing to take off our closet doors and store them, giving us more space and less worries about little fingers getting caught. The building also gets some fun pop ups in the lobby from local businesses (breakfast sandwiches, ice cream, coffee, donuts, etc.). The gym/pool/roof is an extra fee (including for guests) but way cheaper than crunch/equinox. The views also cant be beat, especially if youre on the 3rd Avenue side and want to watch the fireworks.
