        I moved here last year and that was the best decision I ever made. Theres gym, laundry room and a rooftop which are awesome. And what is even more important the stuff is veeeery helpful and caring. I just love them! Carlton is one of my favorite. He has helped me so many times. I often lose sth (keys, clothes at the laundry, etc) and he always helps me to find that, hes just lovely! I know that if I have a problem I can always rely on him and hell help me out.

        When I was planning my move back to NYC 2 years ago, I looked at many buildings - After having been away and raising my kids in Ct, the city seemed different. Find the building that loves you was what my sister said. I was fortunate to stumble into the Howell. I love its size , its offerings I love everything from building to apartment to the staff that greet me each day. Best choice !

        Absolutely loved living at The Howell in NYC! Prime location, modern and spacious units. The staff is incredibly welcoming and responsive. Top amenities like a gym and rooftop terrace. Highly recommend!
