        You couldn't ask for a better place to live in NYC - The Verdesian is clean, staff is VERY helpful/kind/responsive and apartments are well maintained. It is close to Tribeca and the river so yo get the best of both worlds - peace and fun.

        Best building I've ever lived in, by far. Kind, helpful, wonderful and warm staff. Everything runs so smoothly, everyone is so friendly and happy to help. Mark in leasing is amazing. I am sad to go!! What a great team.
