        Terrible building dirty common spaces, very small gym and never cleaned. Apartments are cold as building is poorly isolated with everything falling apart. The towel racks that are falling down and water closets that are dripping. The kitchen has permanently scratched and dirty stove and furnitures are falling apart. The bathrooms are very old and destroyed, bath tube scratched. Above of everything there is growing number of social apartments and there is a lot of mentally sick people living in the building. They talk to you and harrasing you. If you have kids scary place to be.

        Management office only cares about your rent. It is almost impossible to reach, you have to wait until the next working hours even to schedule an elevator!

        I like my apartment in MP. The management is also very cooperative and the maintenance staff also respond very promptly
