CPAs, Taxes and Associates PC

Have used this company for several years with no problem but my taxes were straightforward. This year I ended up owing and given monetary penalty about which I would not have known had I not looked over the final paperwork. When pointed out the associate filed appeal but offered no advice re: avoiding this in the future and has not responded to emails requesting assistance. It goes w/o saying I will not be using them in the future.

Wildly inconsistent. I worked with them for around 3 years between 2014 and 2017. Ganga's neglience cost my business around $5,000 in unemployment insurance and tax filing fees. The CPAs are overstretched time-wise, much of the work is done in a back office in India or farmed out domestically to people who are bookkeepers but not CPAs.
