        The smartest, kindest, and most caring group I have ever come across! Sam is especially exceptional when it comes to specialized and individualized PT, and I have found immense relief from back and neck pain I have not found from surgeries and other treatments. He takes his time explaining EVERYTHING to you, and I cannot recommend him or Omni enough!!

        My daughter has hypermobile Ehlers Danlos syndrome (hEDS). Sam was recommended to us and we couldnt be happier. Sam is so well versed in hEDS and has provided my daughter with so much relief. We are so incredibly grateful to have found him! We absolutely recommend Sam and Omni Physical Therapy.

        They are AMAZINGGG! I had horrible foot pain because of my flat feet. But they are so sweet and patient with you. They take the time to explain to you what is happening in your body which not a lot of doctors do Nowadays, so I am very appreciative. Will definitely be a regular! I go in 9/10 on the pain scale and grumpy but , leave feeling 10x Lighter and with a smile. :)
