        Ordered online and paid for 18 pieces of 12' threaded rod - including shipping of $53. I received confirmation of the order. Subsequently, I was informed that they couldn't ship threaded rod due to it "becoming damaged" during shipment - even though every threaded rod product they have online can be ordered with shipping. I already purchased the other components I needed for this project and am now stuck. I believe their shipping calculator misquoted the shipping cost and they canceled the order as they would have lost on shipping. Regardless, when ordering online from HSI, don't believe it until you receive it.

        I would recommend this business, decent customer service large selection of hand tools trucker supplies, a very decent business hours, hey you need work gloves they have them too, hey you need a roll off cable, they will make while u wait.

        Terrible service. 5 guys standing in line waiting for 15 minutes while there's one person at the counter and everyone else hides somewhere. They don't value anyone's time here. I gave up waiting and left. Nice pro tool selection though.

        (only the envelope arrived, no ordered parts. Don't do business with people you cant trust. Thanks for nothing) I left this review after receiving my package empty. It was no fault of HSI:Hanes Supply, Inc, the blame lands completely on delivery. Hanes Supply reached out to me, made the order complete out of their pocket at no cost to me. Not only can they be trusted, they went above and beyond. Absolutely will do business with Hanes Supply.

        Hanes Supply was the only place that had my trigger switch for my vintage Milwaukee Super Sawzall Reciprocating Saw. This saw has the solid copper wired motor. I was ready to throw it out and thought I would check with Milwaukee repair.They checked it and said the good news is that is a bad trigger switch. The bad news is you can't get parts for this model any more. I searched the internet and Hanes Supply was the only one that had the part in stock. I was skeptical that their website said it was in stock. I ordered the part and thought I would receive an email saying that part hasn't been in stock for years but to my surprise, I received an shipping notice in a couple of days and received the part 2 days later. It was really simple installing the new trigger switch after watching a video online.Thank you so much Hanes Supply for having the part I needed. Keep up the good work. MD
