It's March 11th and I have garbage at my house from Feb 9th because they refuse to empty my my cans. Then they claim a truck is coming back when I call and a truck never shows up. If I could shut down the company myself I would. Horrible people. Every single one I have come into contact with is a sorry excuse for a human being.

Absolutely horrible. Trash gets picked up and the leave a bunch of trash on the street as it comes out. Guys are pigs. Called to complain and they do nothing about it . Havent showed up on scheduled dates 3 times already this year

New Amherst resident 12 weeks missed garbage pickup they claim 48 hours before return they never come back. They suck. Lazy management not 1 employee cares. Guess what I'll be dumping in your driveway. Then you can clean it up your dam selves! Amherst highway, the town super will also be advised.
