I dealt with Larry, we are behind bills our son has LCH and CRMO one a cancer once a rare auto immune disorder that eats his bones, we are also business owners and when i called and explained the little i could afford they accepted they were compassionate and i wish everyone was like them or Larry D. Because Im almost in tears with the kindness and compassion. I have been making myself call one debt collector a day to try to sort things out now that my son is semi stable and Dread it every time. If all places were like this it would be easy!

I cannot believe all the 1 stars this place has gotten because I had a good experience and I spoke with Edward and he helped me make a payment plan that I can afford and after almost 1 year my payments to bobs furniture is finally over

I had my dealings with them concerning a repo that I was cosigned for with my ex. After it went to auction, there was an unpaid balance; she was supposed to pay it, but alas, exes, aren't that dependable. Anywho, Eastpoint worked with me on a limited budget, and I (the responsible one) was able to pay it off. Feels good to have it behind me now.
