        Not sure where to start--how about--best appraisal company--super professional--on time who care about the delivery of timely and cost effective appraisal services. From the first return call from Mike Pavlakos--President to Myra Acevedo- I instantly knew this was a first class appraisal company. Our estate needed a DOD appraisal which was completed timely and at a reasonable fee. The appraisal was very professional and our CPA was equally complimentary. Couldn't find a better appraisal company that offers multiple services in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Overall--extremely satisfied with East Coast Appraisal Services and will recommend to others without any hesitations.
