        I have had an unique experience with Morgan &Morgan since I have never been involved with this type incident. Elizabeth has been very kind and helpful and I feel comfortable she has a good idea of what happened and understands my frustration with injuries I have from my fall! Trouble is, the didnt want to take on Hilton I guess.

        I called Morgan morgan about a car accident I was involved with and they said they would represent me. They took my information, sent me numerous welcome aboard emails and appointed me a case manager. It was about two weeks since I heard from them and I tried to reach out to them multiple times. I finally got a chance to speak to my case overseer to which then they said they would call me back. They never did. Eventually after calling numerous times I got a response from the firm saying they now no longer wanted to represent me!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FIRM AND I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND CONSIDERATION OF PEOPLE!!!! I would have respected it better if they would have told me from the start they were not interested in my case rather than accept me and have me fill out information only to then suddenly drop me. AGAIN VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SERVICE THEY CLAIM TO PROVIDE IN BEING FOR THE PEOPLE!
