Working with Acqua was a magical experience. Acqua Funding pulled a rabbit out of a hat to close my DSCR Loan. They delivered on their promise, where others I spoke to did what felt like a bait and switch. Here are some reasons to choose Acqua: - Quick (almost immediate) response to emails - Low docs (other brokers/lenders I spoke to had substantially higher doc requirements for the same loan / terms) - No B.S. approach to doing business, which I like. Most DSCR products are VERY similar. When shopping around, you want to know if the broker understands what lender can get your loan through based upon your needs. Acqua Funding is now my go-to lender.
