I closed on my first home (co-op) two weeks ago with the help of Rafael Reyes and the CrossCountry Mortgage team. I am very pleased with the service that they provided starting from the very first phone call right down to the post-closing check-in. During the time in between, Rafael has always been professional, responsive and provided me with answers to all of my questions. The entire process (especially underwriting!) can be daunting but thankfully their online system was user friendly and easy to navigate. Rafael and his team would also send follow-up emails and/or make phone calls to ensure that each step is being communicated clearly so that the process can move along accordingly. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with the product and outstanding customer service that I received. I definitely recommend Rafael/CrossCountry Mortgage to anyone looking to finance their home.
