It would be an understatement of the decade to say that Jennyrose and Gina went above and beyond to help my roommate and I secure the house of our dreams. Jennyrose has helped and guided us through from the very beginning until the end by sorting out various housing options suitable for our budget, attending every open house together and making sure we our application files were organized and handed in promptly. Her punctuality, communication and professionalism is what helped us feel confident in our choices and ultimately we were able to find the perfect place for us. I recently purchased a Co-op in Bay Ridge. I don't believe there is ever a seamless Co-op transaction in New York, and in my case, this was especially true.
