In the day of the gathering, They came early, worked seamlessly in our kitchen, leaving it spotless by the end of the night. Absolutely blown away by the culinary talent of David. We recently hosted a dinner party for a group of discerning foodies, and hiring David was the best decision we made. He and his team (sorry I dont remember their names) effortlessly handled everything from menu planning to execution, leaving us free to relax and enjoy the evening. The food was phenomenal, with each dish showcasing Davids creativity and skill. All the good you can find in the Mediterranean Cuisine from the perfectly made lamb arais to the melt-in-your-mouth Mansaf rice, every bite was a revelation. Chef Feldman is a professional who delivers an exceptional fine dining experience in the comforts of your home. If you consider yourself a "foodie," I would highly recommend his private chef services, as you will not be disappointed with the quality of his dishes. Earlier this month, my husband and I hosted 13 of our friends for an anniversary dinner party in Northern NJ. We were unsure of what to expect of the multi-course meal, however, every dish was thoughtfully prepared and well-balanced. The fan favorite of the night (we recommend adding it to your menu to try) was the Pani Puri with Tuna Ceviche. Chef Feldman made planning our event easy. On the day of the event, things went even smoother. Other than sneaking into the kitchen to say hello and take a picture with the team, there was no support required from us. This enabled my husband I to truly relax and enjoy a special evening and meal with our friends (thank you, Chef!). The kitchen was returned to order before the team left. All around - definitely well worth the experience!
