It's 4 hours later and they still haven't arrived. I'm calling them every 30 minutes, and they keep saying they're just 15 minutes away and they'll be right there. Unreliable and disrespectful of other's time.

The absolutely worse towing experience I ever had in my lifetime! Poor communication! Held my car hostage and did not drop it to the dealer as they were suppose to instead, kept the car at their lot refuse to tell me where it is and blamed insurance for not paying. From Friday to Tuesday they ended up billing my insurance company egregious storage charges of $2400+ and finally dropped my car in front of the gate at night at after hours 4 days later, meanwhile they shouldve probably did that the Friday night but they insisted they needed to keep it at their yard until Saturday morning!!!! Just because they wanted to scam storage fees and throw around blame. They ignored all my calls until Monday, answered while brushing their teeth, and never returned my call. I didnt know where my car was until day 6!!! Unreal after a traumatic incident to have to go through this. Insurance companies or individuals SHOULD NOT use this scamming business they will rip you off. Very Poor communication, unprofessional , and thieving.

***SCAMMERS*** these in human creatures had my vehicle for almost 3 months - on the first date i was promised my vehicle ready they actually didnt receive the parts yet and assured me it work be ready 7 days later.. when I called the shop (which is a cellphone) I was ignored and sent to voicemail, when i attempted to reach Steven he was very rude and nasty saying he has covid and doesnt know anything, he said call the shop and hung up in my face.. when someone finally called me back I was told they were waiting for parts and they will call me when they know more about when the part wld arrive. I went to pick up my vehicle a week later and for the first time a man is there claiming to be the manager named Anthony (which is a lie). He was nice until i asked for a receipt for the work done on my vehicle. He became nasty and demanding money that was supposed to be waived if i gave them business.. These ppl dont take pride in their work all they care aboout is getting a check from insurance for work they know they either cant do or simple dont want to do. 2 months i vehicle sat without being touch and they claim they waiting for parts when they spent the 10k check and did minor touch ups on my vehicle theys guys dont care about anyone.. ***SCAMMERS*** there are 4 business names under this address all SCAMMERS TIFFANYS AUTOMOTIVE, ASA AUTOMOTIVE, A9s AUTOMOTIVE, AJs AUTOMOTIVE ***SCAMMERS*** Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim
