This was a great experience for our family, our daughter moved to NYC and needed to find suitable living quarters. Mike came referred to us and after conversing, we both agreed that this was a good fit on both sides. Mike discussed what her needs were in terms of Price, location, safety, commute times to and from work. It took her a while to find exactly what she needed while staying with in her budget but Mike did not give up, he persisted until she was able to put in an offer that was accepted, throughout the process he made recommendations for real estate attorneys, and she interviewed various of his recommendations and decided on the attorney that was the best fit for her, the same with home inspector he also followed up with all the relevant parties to ensure that our daughter was being informed and represented through every step of her home buying process. She eventually closed in what was discussed as record time, received her keys and is settling in. Mike has been checking in to see if all is well. We consider this white glove service in a city where everyone is so busy and is looking to the next deal before yours is even complete. Thank you Mike. Mike was wonderful. I was in the hospital and he sold my building and buy an apartment. He did everything without my help. All the walkthrough that I could not participate, locks that I could not get, he took care of everything wile I had a very important head surgery. Thank you Mike!
