I've worked with Anna and Masha for over 8 years now and it's been a truly fantastic experience. They are highly knowledgeable of the New York property market, thoroughly professional, and often go above and beyond with their services. Personally, across the past 8 years, I've bought, sold and leased out multiple properties in the Brooklyn area. Thanks to their detailed and thorough analysis of the market at any given time, I've been able to buy at a great price and when it came time to selling, in spite of selling my first property in the middle of the pandemic, their savvy market research and analysis allowed me to sell high. On my first property, they helped me complete a detailed cost analysis by providing research, contractor estimates and competitive contractor rates, expected key "selling" points in order to sell high such as, what buyers were currently looking for and latest design styles, and even went as far as to manage the contractors and provided design inputs, while I was overseas, in renovating the property and putting it in the market. Their detailed approach and keen eye for design, actually placed my property on Park Slope's featured property list which was a fantastic accomplishment. Currently I own a property that they helped with the initial search, researching the property background and push the sellers agents to ensure I was able to get several viewings and be on top of their list in terms of buying, despite it being in very high demand. I'm currently renting out a property and once again, they helped me put the property on the market, research and analyse potential tenants keeping in mind my own lofty expectations and also maintaining a personal touch in identifying the ideal candidates who would respect the property. Masha knows her market like no one else. We first approached her with our wish to sell our Manhattan apartment during a tough market ... but she ultimately advised us to wait. Thanks to her market analysis and cunning sense, we were able to jump on a small window of opportunity several years later. Masha spared no effort in getting us exposure in a very tough market --- and since we were no longer living in NYC, she handled everything for us --- from advising us on needed repairs and arranging for it to be done, staging the apartment, having it photographed, and even making a video starring herself to add interest and distinguish our apartment from others on the market in the same building. Weekend open houses, fast responses to interested parties, prompt handling of appoints by request, negotiations with potential buyers at all hours of the night, the works! Masha is the consummate professional with class, business savvy, and creative ideas, and someone we could fully trust. We are grateful to her for getting the deal we wanted for our apartment.
