My husband and I first met Carol in the throes of the early pandemic in 2020. We were renting a beautiful 3 bedroom in Park Slope but were forced to leave the city. Our landlords elected to sell the apartment and hired Carol to help. The apartment was still full of our furniture and belongings when Carol and her team began the sale process. While not formally under our employ, Carol treated us (and our things) with the utmost respect and courtesy. She got to know us as people, empathized with our situation, and offered help however she could in a tumultuous time. By December 2020 we were ready to move back to Park Slope, but didn't have the means to look for new housing in person... we reached out to Carol and she became our eyes and ears. She found great options for us, toured them by herself and sent thorough videos, and helped us ultimately find our new rental in the same neighborhood we had left. Fast forward to Spring 2022 - we were finally ready to buy a home and of course, we turned to Carol for help. In possibly the most competitive housing market in recent history, we had an edge - Carol was one step ahead of the competition. Her extensive professional network and industry savvy put us in position to successfully identify, negotiate, and ultimate close on our dream home in August 2022. I don't see us selling this place anytime soon... but when we do, hopefully Carol will be available to help!

Carol is the best realtor we have worked with - cant recommend her highly enough. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about the market. She has a team of excellent people - from lawyers to contractors that are reliable and efficient. Carol provided fantastic advice about everything from when to put our property on the market and advertising, to editing and staging the contents of our apartment. She is very responsive and engaged. From the outset we felt like we were in good hands with Carol and our apartment sold very quickly for above asking. We loved working with Carol!
