I met Brian in October 2020. I was not ready to sell due to a title issue that needed court assistance to resolve. Unfortunately, it took the New York court system 2 and a 1/2 years to even open a case, but Brian kept in touch periodically to see how things were going. When I was finally ready to sell, Brian and his team moved quickly, marketed the property, and found a buyer almost instantly.
