I couldn't have found a better agent for my first home purchase. Alex is easy to talk to, highly motivated and very organized. His communication is stellar. He made our search as extensive and focused as we wanted, lending helpful insight along the way. When it came to purchasing, he patiently answered our questions and guided the process from offer to move-in, keeping both us and the sellers side in sync throughout. On top of navigating the competitive world of buying in NYC, he made the complexities of the coop application as seamless as possible (which is saying a lot!). Alex is the best! He helped me find my first apartment in Brooklyn and made such a tedious process so seamless. He listened to my list of must-haves and curated an amazing list of apartments to see. We absolutely would not have been able to purchase our first apartment without Alex. He knew we were highly motivated to find a place and move in by the end of the summer. We were worried we would have to give up a lot of our desired features given the short time frame, but Alex sent us lots of options. He was constantly in communication, answering all of our questions, and always making us feel like the number one priority. When we found a place we liked, he helped us put in a competing offer and worked doggedly to get the seller everything as quickly as possible. The persistence paid off, and our offer was accepted!
