Fulton Burger - Dumbo

I didn't have any issues with the food, and I found the staff to be quite polite. However, I was taken aback by the 20% service charge automatically added to my bill, especially when I later learned that it didn't include the bartender/waiter's gratuity. This led to me tipping 20% on top of the already charged amount, making it a 40% tip in total. While my bill was just under $50, which makes a $20 tip reasonable, the situation felt uncomfortable in the moment. I couldn't gauge if the bartender was genuinely nice or if there was an element of taking advantage. It would have been preferable to have been given the option to leave a tip at the end rather than it being automatically included.

Had to abruptly leave due to seeing the chef eat while prepping and cooking food. Then to make it better an employee comes out the rest room and goes in the kitchen sticks her hand in a bowl where there were fries. I couldnt believe what I was seeing because why are you eating, using your bare hands in the kitchen, touching your phone and making the food. Never again. The waitress was the only upside.

The chicken sandwich & quesdillas were really good . The margaritas for happy hour were strong & the vibe was dope . Pedro took really good care of me . He was attentive & funny. Will definitely come back again .
