Had a tech come out in November & havent been able to get ahold of anyone about the problem since then. Its been 6 months..tried to reach out for a small several times & got a how about a call tomorrow? and never got the call. Unprofessional & unhelpful business model.

Wow! If every vendor could be like NYC Intercom and Security Solutions! From the minute I called Luca till the project was complete service was great. I am a new building board member. We wanted to switch over our security and intercom system from our sponsors. I lacked any knowledge of how to go about doing this. But just explaining to Luca what we wanted - he was able to understand and help us gain control of our security systems. Aside from completing the project, our Verizon wire were completely dis-organized; the ti d them up and organized them for us. I would highly recommend this company. And bonus they are fair priced also! Way to go Luca and team!
