The labneh is heavenly and the winner! The kibbeh fritters and fig toast were delicious as well! The fattoush salad can be skipped. Will definitely go back to try the meat dishes in the future! The only negative review was that our server was adamant about not replacing the soujouk (sausage) in the bulgur fried rice dish with a vegetarian alternative. It seemed strange that another vegetable or even falafel couldnt be added instead of sausage.

Favorite local spot, I dont always love fusion but this place does it well. Short rib shawarma and al pastor are great, or you can have an excellent meal with mostly mezze.

Wow!!! The short rib humus combined with the to die for pita, the sweet & savory bulgur friend rice, and the grilled octopus kabob which the name doesnt begin to describe how Butros has successful given a terrific modern twist to middle eastern cuisine that any foodie would crave. Then the cocktails, especially my favorite Thistle and Smoke, just adds to the completeness of the meal and experience! Cant wait to come back to share with my good friends.
