Fontana´s Italian Restaurant

I am saddened to write this review for a restaurant Ive supported for 10-15 years. I have dined in and done take out from this establishment. I was a regular customer but over the last few years during and after COVID service has been sub par. On 3 occasions Ive ordered pasta and meatballs for takeout. When I got home and opened the container no meatballs just pasta! I spoke with the manager and he said just give me a call and when you come in Ill take care of it. The first two times he did but the third time he refused to fix the mistake that they made. I dont know if he doesnt value longtime customers but I cant be subject to this type of service. Ive driven across town for almost 15 years to support them and I get treated like they dont even know me. Unfortunately I have to find a new place to go to which will be easy in Brooklyn but so will my family and friends and co-workers.

I like the layout of the store easy to find items but lines are to long.

Worst shrimp scampi Ive ever tasted! the shrimp was dry and the pasta was sour I dont know what kind of sauce that was but I wouldnt feed this to my enemy.
