        FACTS: I visited 3 properties with Mr. Jeffrey DeAngelo. I made an offer on the 3rd property & the seller accepted it. So, my husband paid for a home inspection ($375). 1 day later, we were informed we lost the property. My question is why the agent didn't inform us about the possibility to lose the property after the inspection?

        Incompetent agents. No idea how to price your property, will instead look at you to do it. After a single open house, they'll want to drop the listing price by $40k. (Maybe this was "buying a listing"?) They will extol the beauty of your apartment that will no doubt sell immediately, then a month and a half into the contract they'll say you have to redo your whole kitchen. Two months into the process they'll bring in a staging agent. Then they'll have the nerve to blame YOU for failure to sell, even though you accept an offer that was below what they said would be the minimum we should accept. (offer later retracted) Don't be jerked around by this agency.
