All that I can say is WOW!!! That's just the beginning with a lady like Erica as an agent/broker. She's an interesting and very intelligent woman that knows exactly what you desire for both buyers and sellers. Her knowledge of the market temperature is read by her as if she was born to do this. (I think shes psychic ) Its the best decision I ever made.

I was hoping to purchase a 1-bedroom coop apartment in Brooklyn in 2021/2022, and I found Erica Sullivan Properties online, seeing it was a local business around Prospect Heights/Park Slope where I was hoping to purchase. I reached out and Erica responded right away, recommending lenders to speak with so that I would be set up with the right financial info to look seriously at units. Months later, I'm now writing this review from the apartment Erica helped me purchase. She's a Brooklyn native and has worked in real estate in NYC for years, and this was evident every step of the way. Just walking through neighborhoods near Prospect Park with her, she has friends everywhere, and she seems to have experience buying or selling homes on every block. She's deeply knowledgeable of the market and always had good advice during the process (on making offers, on steps to take before/after, on the scary home-buying process more generally). She has a professional and friendly rapport and stayed in constant contact with selling agents, always keeping me informed. She is also great at calming nerves and giving needed doses of pragmatism in such a wild real estate market. I'd recommend Erica without hesitation if you're thinking about buying (or renting) in NYC!

Unprofessional, rude, bad attitude totally uncalled for. This in an snapshot. As another review in here form Pilar, my wife, stated we were looking for a rental in Brooklyn, we sent an online request to see an apartment listed for $3,4K and because our pre-filled introduction said our approx budget was around $3,2K she responded very rude: "These units are above your budget, no owner I know will go down $200, so good luck". We were kind of shocked to that initial response.. First realtor in NYC who will worry about $200 difference budget...! We still responded and said we know the price, were OK with $3,4K and we weren't asking to put it down but seemed she didn't want to work with us..and she, instead of moving on with business and give us info on when to see the apartment, still needed to "be right" and responded one more time even with worst tone... "read your email, it said $3,2K..I don't have time to assume... blabla".. Obviously that was the end for us... What realtor communicates like that? Telling you to re-read your email because you wrote $3,2K and she can't assume is flexible? It was so unnecessary, unprofessional... And because she is still so focused on "being right" instead on looking out for her own business, she now has the nerve to write to my wife for her review insulting her and accusing her.... This is teenager behavior, so unprofessional...! And almost 3 weeks later the 244 Madison unit is still for rent on StreetEasy (22 days listed and counting...) and we already signed a lease for a 3bed/2bath house in Crown Heights for $3,4K with no issues... Looks like your way to conduct business is working out very well for you and your clients... Looking forward to your response (I know she will need to have the last word..again...)

Works quickly and is very on top of things - was very helpful during the whole process we worked with her. Really appreciated her as our broker!
