Always a great experience dealing with Steve Schneider and his team. I have all my insurance with him. Very friendly agents that walk you step by step through all your insurance needs. Highly recommend!

The agency is the best I've used in the over twenty five years of experience with them. They are my homeowners and car insurers. During the past three years I've needed them to get proof of insurance to me, because the other party lost their copy. They had it emailed and forwarded in 20 minutes or less. The staff is highly professional and courteous. I recommend them without reservation.

I would not recommend working with Steven Schneider due to their lack of communication and unresponsiveness. Despite numerous attempts to get in touch with them, including phone calls and emails, my information hasn't updated and I was charged twice. This has been frustrating and unprofessional, especially when dealing with important matters such as insurance coverage. I would advise anyone looking for an insurance agent to seek out someone who values their clients' time and responds to their inquiries in a timely manner.

Never answers the phone. When I leave a message it is never returned. I have to call the All-State corporate number to get any kind of help when I should be able to speak to my agent! If I could give zero stars I would but you need to give stars to leave a review. My actual insurance I love. I just which I could switch my agent!
