We had a burst pipe that caused damage to several rooms in our home. We hired JF Public Adjusters to take care of the claim for us and they did not disappoint. Joel and his team were on top of the claim from start to end. They were meticulous and made sure to account for all claim-related damage. The insurance company tried to give us a hard time, not just by sending us a lowball offer but also refusing to negotiate or acknowledge the reasons why we deserved more. Fortunately, Joel assured us that we were in the right and that we would take it all the way to legal if we had to. We got exactly what Joel said he'd get us. We expected them to be good but they really knocked it out of the park.
