Highly unsatisfactory experience I had with their services. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue directly with the company, they have been unresponsive and unwilling to address the problem. On March 28, 2023, I purchased a new car in New Jersey. A broker from this company contacted me, claiming to provide a lower car insurance price through Progressive. As a new driver who obtained my driver's license just last November, securing affordable insurance was crucial. The broker offered me a quote of $2522 for a six-month policy with Progressive, a significantly lower rate compared to other insurance companies that were quoting me more than $5000 for the same duration. However, the broker mentioned that in order to proceed with this discounted rate, I would need to pay a referral fee of $408. Given the substantial savings, I agreed to pay the fee and signed the Progressive policy. Consequently, I was charged a total of $2930 on March 2023. To my dismay, on May 28, 2023, I discovered that Progressive had charged me an additional $2836, attributing it to a supposed policy change. This unexpected charge left me confused and concerned about the integrity of the services provided by Admiral Insurance Brokerage Corp. Regrettably, my attempts to engage the company in resolving this matter have been met with indifference and lack of accountability. Despite having paid the referral fee of $408, they refused to take any responsibility and simply instructed me to contact the insurance company myself. This dismissive response showed that they have charged me without providing the promised services, amounting to a clear case of deception and scamming.
