    From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with absolute professionalism by my salesman Razi. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, was straight to the point, and he made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend.

    Positives: Salesman Joe Petrillo and finance guy were pleasant enough. Joe charged car for me. Got a used gv60 performance with under 2k miles for about $20k off. Neutral: Sales manager talked down to me ( as he was "called" when the salesman and finance guys stepped away) to hard sell me on add ONS I didn't want. Didn't say hello or goodbye but only said "talk to me" when he sat down in front of me. Also he decided to state that he " was here to help me". Whatever that means. Also no follow up from salesman to see how's things are going with the car. Negatives: They tried to sneak in two "packages" for $995 each without telling me. The $48k used car I bought wasn't detailed at all. Inside or out. They failed to tell me that as a genesis electric car owner I can get 3 years of free 30 minute charging sessions for free from electify America. I only found out (after paying $25 for the first charging session) from seeing a review on YouTube that mentioned the free charging. Jesus everyday there's a new fake 5 star review.
