        6 star service went as follows: Neil and primo arrived promptly, a little earlier than scheduled, with shoe covers and ladder to access the unit. They correctly identified the problem, had the tools and parts to correct it. Neil then explained the issue and the fix in simple language. Afterwards, he gave some recommendations for how to help the system work optimally. No extra charge for hazardous circumstance or emotional distress- they had to remove a beehive lodged in the system.

        Used them for my business air conditioner and still doesnt work. Meanwhile, they take $900 from me and say I need a service contract. What the heck does that mean. If you fix something at least make it work. It still doesnt work. Waste of money and time.

      Hello Mishal. This review was left in August of 2023. Our repair of your unit was in July of 2020. After our repair, we informed you that because your condenser coil is close to a heavy-traffic intersection, it gets dirty more often than usual. We recommended to you that we do regular maintenance to keep it clean. You didn't go forward with the maintenance.
