Great experience. I did online scheduling and someone contacted me within the hour. We set my appointment for a day and time that was convenient for me. We have had a number of good experiences with Maxum Heating & Air Conditioning. Each time, the technician arrived on time. He clearly explained what work is needed. We had a pre-summer maintenance check of the AC units. He remembered the previous visit and made sure to review what had been done. Most recently, the company installed missing vents. They are very authentic, honored the quote they gave us -- even when the job became more complicated than they had originally thought. We greatly appreciate the good service.

Wow. I was so impressed with the technician who serviced my heating & cooling system. He explained everything clearly and worked efficiently. He gave me options and then did the work right then and there. Very professional and agreeable. I feel like I'm in good hands at Maxum Heating & Air Conditioning, and I say this as a home/condo owner for well over fifty years.
