I have stayed at comfort inn prospect park several times now and I have never been disappointed. The staff at the desk are some of the best I have ever encountered. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. I will always stay here in the future

Our stay at Comfort Inn Prospect Park was unfortunately marred by several disappointments. Despite booking for four people, we were only provided with three towels, and when we requested additional towels, we were told to wait until morning and offered bath mats instead. The following morning, the extra towel we received was dirty, adding to our dissatisfaction. Furthermore, the lack of shampoo in the dispenser was another inconvenience we encountered. This oversight reflects poorly on the hotel's attention to detail and guest satisfaction. Regarding breakfast, our experience was underwhelming as most items were served cold, with the exception of the waffles. The lack of freshness and variety left much to be desired, especially for guests looking forward to starting their day with a satisfying meal. Additionally, when seeking recommendations for local dining options from the receptionist, we were met with an unhelpful response: "I don't take lunch." This lack of willingness to assist guests with basic inquiries further diminished our overall impression of the hotel's customer service. In conclusion, our experience at Comfort Inn Prospect Park fell short of expectations due to issues with cleanliness, amenities, and customer service. We hope that improvements can be made to ensure a more enjoyable stay for future guests. Rooms: There was no closest just an armoir.

Heating was broken and it was 30 degrees that night, hotel was fully booked. So they gave us blankets instead, only after us neglecting us about 3 times to check the thermostat. Took them about 4 hours to address it, wasnt even fixed. Up to there, I understand. Its not in their hands. This is where it gets dicey. Since we couldnt switch rooms, they offered us compensation. Sounds fair. We try to adjust fare at checkout and told they cant do anything because manager is not in. Theyll send us an email, they say. Then, they send us on a wild goose chase. No email after a week, even though they said theyre emailing say of. Phone in. Finally get them on the phone, without them picking up a few times. Said managers still not in, theyll email us. Another week goes by. We ring. They said they didnt get to it. Seems like theyre understaffed, but I dont appreciate empty promises and wasting my time. Thats just disrespectful and deceitful. Not a fan. 1 star. Edit: Let me add, read another review with identical experience. A few more that they never give the refunds they promise, so dont expect it. Forgot to add (that the other review covered) we had no toiletries in room. We rang for it, and hour passed, and eventually I just walked to the desk to get it. Fun.
