        I Call the dentist office a day before asking if they accept walk-ins. Was told yes and that I needed to change the dentist to this location to be seen. Today I show up at 845am so that I'm the 1st walk in. 3 appts 2 walk ins I'm the 1st one. They called the 2nd walk in before me.... I remained calm. 2 hours later the system is down and still nothing was said to me. I waited a little longer and decided to leave. Worst customer service experience ever on top I was a new patient
