Klein Philip DDS

Dr. Klein is an amazing dentist. I have seen him for nearly 30 years. He does not take many appointments these days but if you get one it is well worth the wait. He is the by far the best dentist.

I just wanted to help clear up any misunderstandings with this office. I was a patient there for 20 years and am familiar with how the office runs regarding Dr. Klein's schedule. He is newly retired and hasn't seen new patients in many years due to how inundated his schedule was. He's a wonderful doctor/person and was in high demand. His bedside manner is exceptional, his dentistry is impeccable and he takes great pride in his work. He is one of if not the best doctor I've seen in and out of dentistry. The 1 star review is a little unfair because it shows up under his name and some might see that as a reflection of the kind of doctor he is without actually reading the review. He's not a participating dentist with any insurance plan & asking your name twice was probably to make sure they had your name right so they can see if you were ever in their system. I've never met anyone in that office that racially discriminates especially with a mixed staff. I'm sorry that was your experience with calling there but I just wanted it to be clear that this isn't an issue with Dr. Klein personally and I'm sure he's not even aware of this being that he's retired. I'm hoping this response has helped you on some level.

I called the office of Dr. Phillip Klein the female that answer was rude. First I identified myself and then she asked my last name again (twice) almost as if she had to check if my name was good enough. She proceeded to say who referred you. I said my dental provider and she said thats incorrect and he doesnt work at this office because hes retired. But yet there are patient reviews dates in this month and year. Then she said sorry no appointment with Dr Klein and she hangs up. Either I was racial profiles or she is a lair and unprofessional.
