Great dentist for our entire family

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience, never again will I ever. Worst mistake ever. First cavity ever I got it fixed with her, EXACTLY one year later same tooth giving problems, apparently had an infection and needed to get a root canal, After being scheduled for 1:30 in the afternoon, it was 3pm when she finally put the needle in with anesthesia on my mouth to start the root canal procedure, when clock finally hit 4, I got up and to the counter and asked if there was a possibility to change the appointment for the next day because I had been waiting for almost 3 hours and I had things to get done by 5. (The appointment was scheduled for 1:30 after all) to make the long story short I ended up being there for nearly 3 hours and a half for NOTHING, left the office with a sore mouth and a crooked cheek because of the anesthesia which they had put in for NO REASON because they didn't do anything because they didn't have enough time and used excuse to say as in I was too "anxious" or "agitated". Never in my life have I had such a negligent doctor, super unprofessional and unorganized really I wouldn't trust or recommend this office, ever!
