This was the worst dental experience of my life. Poor communication and treatment, charged upfront for abysmal dental work. I hate leaving a negative review, but I went to him based mostly on the positive reviews here. NEVER RECOMMEND.

Took my mother to see Dr. Thomas month ago and was not happy with the outcome. Dr.Thomas was rude, his office and his dental practice is not clean. He charged us $150 for cleaning and dental repair, I later found out it was suppose to be free due to her insurance and he being in her medical network. I would never recommend this dental office to anyone. These dentist need to do better with their trash service and thievery behavior

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dr. Percy Thomas (and his staff Tina & Melinda) are some of the rudest, most unprofessional people Ive ever dealt with. I saw Percy in March 2023 for a checkup and he found ONE issue, which is a couple of my bottom teeth had mobility and he wanted to do a retainer. When I went to the appointment for the retainer, he had failed to take a mold of my teeth on the prior visit, so we couldnt do it. Plus, I was moving out of state and couldnt make yet another appointment. Now, Ive seen a new dentist who found several cavities, one thats more than a year old and so big that Im going to lose my tooth, old fillings that are leaking, an old crown that needs to be redone, and an old root canal that may need to be redone. Plus, signs of early gum disease. I called Percy and crew to inquire on if he saw any of these issues since I had seen him only 6 months prior. He was condescending, claimed he didnt understand the purpose of my call and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Tina who told me its my fault and I must have been chewing on rocks and not taking care of my teeth. I called again and Melinda called me a wiseass and again accused me of not taking care of my teeth. We all know that untreated dental issues can lead to so many other problems; so to have a dentist and staff who have no empathy for a patient and wouldnt even try to listen and look into this issue is disheartening. I most definitely will be looking into my legal recourse and will report Percy Thomas to whoever I can report him to for malpractice. There would be no reason for him to be so defensive, dismissive, and downright rude if he had done right by me. He must have something to hide! Save yourself the headache, heartache, pain, and money and treat this dental office as if it doesnt exist! Because it shouldnt! They DO NOT CARE and will tell you so. Percy, Tina, and Melinda should be ashamed of themselves. I hope all three of you get a dose of what you gave me every time you seek help from a supposed professional. God is real. And karma is real. Yall will get whats coming to you for treating people this way. Because I know if you did it to me, youve done it to others.
