        Ive only been here once and had a horrible experience. She did a root canal on my tooth without consent. Filled it and said shes not putting the crown on until my insurance pays for it. So she sent my insurance a bill including the crown and never placed one. The filling also came out the same week and when I went to see her she filled it and refused to put the crown on because she was still waiting for the insurance payment. I never went back and now have PTSD with dentists.

        One of the best dentists I have ever been to. Dr Iancu is very caring and takes her time to explain everything to you and answers all your questions. The office is newly renovated and so welcoming and cozy. Due to her making my dental visit so amazing I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. I found my new favorite dentist.

      Dear Natalie,I searched our entire database since 2015 and I do not find you as a patient of Horizon Dental Arts PC. This location on 3310 Nostrand Avenue was taken over and managed by us - Horizon Dental Arts PC - only recently We were in renovations from August 2020 to February 2021. I believe that your review is addressed to someone else not Horizon Dental Arts PC.
